Oh hi... it's me!

Over the last several days, I’ve been blown away by the encouragement, messages, referrals, and “you’ve got this” energy surrounding the launch of Undercurrent Strategies, LLC. Launching a business after a decade plus in municipal leadership was both exhilarating and a little terrifying (full transparency: the day of the launch, I felt so overwhelmed in both good and challenging ways, that I went to bed at 7:00 pm that night!). Genuinely, your support has meant more than you know.

Now that the launch dust has settled, I want to share what comes next as I move from launch mode into building something meaningful, intentional, and rooted in the type of leadership work I care about most.

I strongly believe that leadership and gratitude work together. No one builds anything meaningful alone, and this business is no exception. It's been a labor of love over the last month.

From the friends who listened to me stress-ramble about branding and website decisions, to my mentors who coached me through the “Should I really do this?” moments, to my family who simply said, “Of course you should,” thank you. You have all played a part in getting Undercurrent Strategies off the ground.

So... what is next?

Now begins the real work: building credibility, demonstrating impact, and helping organizations strengthen their leadership, alignment, and internal clarity.
